Our Origins
From an Italian family and raised in Laconia, Greece, our roots are deeply intertwined with the Mediterranean's rich culinary traditions. In the village of Elia, a place whose very name means "olive tree," we grew up surrounded by centuries-old olive groves, exceptional olive oil, and an array of other natural Mediterranean ingredients of exceptional quality. This upbringing instilled in us a deep appreciation for what is real, authentic, high-quality natural food and the importance of taking the time to enjoy it.
